These sessions offer an opportunity to learn from some of the best speakers from in and outside the industry. With multiple networking and savings opportunities. All with the backdrop of the fun Orlando experience.   
  

EDUCATION FORMATS  
  

Success Orlando education sessions come in a variety of formats. Whether it's getting out of your chair and breaking a sweat, spending time outside of the convention center, or interacting directly with speakers, you can choose what fits your learning style best.  

IRDAA General Session: Join your peers, IRDAA leadership, and a special keynote speaker for an attention grabbing session sure to leave you inspired.  

Speed Sessions: IRDAA is offering a series of quick, lively, and innovative 20-minute Speed Sessions designed to energize and inspire.  

IRDAA Research Sessions (NRS): Attend these information packed sessions for the latest on applied research relevant to the professional driving industry. 

Pre-Conference Workshops: Come early for these workshops providing hands-on practical instruction and in-depth information.  

Mobile Workshops: Get on the move and follow the speaker on an educational journey providing real life tips on the road.  

Learning Playground: Get on your feet and have an active, lively, and memorable experience – no sitting in chairs here, see, feel, and drive the latest.  

Owners’ Corner: Intended for owner level professionals, these unique sessions focus on cutting-edge issues and challenges facing employers throughout the country.  

Off-Site Institutes: Join the Local Host for inspirational tours of Orlando and all it has to offer.

The IRDAA Annual Conference provides several education and learning opportunities through 11 education tracks specifically tailored to the Independent Driving Industry.  Follow a track that best suits your needs, or participate across all tracks for a well-rounded experience.

EARN CEU'S TO EARN YOUR CERTIFICATION  
Ongoing for 2025, IRDAA members can work toward multiple certifications (each requires 10 hours of education). To help you gain your certification or reach other professional development goals, attendees can earn at least 1 Continuing Education Unit (CEU) for attending most education sessions and have the potential to earn up to 20 CEUs total.            
 

To earn CEUs, attendees must attend the entire education session. You can now earn 1 CEU for attending three Speed Sessions. Some sessions are not eligible for CEUs and this will be indicated in the Conference Program Guide when released.      
  

MARKETPLACE ON THE ROAD  
IRDAA takes its fabulous marketplace on the road.  The Success Orlando exhibit floor will be packed with the industry's best suppliers of goods and services to help our members succeed every day.  
 

DISNEY AND THEME PARKS FAMILY EXCURSIONS  
 

IRDAA members' families can enjoy the Orlando attractions while members are attending sessions. Transportation to Disney and Universal will be provided via scheduled shuttles.
